Active recruitment and mentoring of students from diverse backgrounds is an important component of teaching and education. With an increasing globalization, the world is turning into global village, and hence, it has become increasingly important to  have diversity in research labs. I constantly endeavor to recruit and develop students from diverse backgrounds.
