AET Library moves to new location

Starting August 22, UTSA’s Applied Engineering and Technology (AET) Library opens in a new location on the first floor of the AET Building in Room 1.104. UTSA Libraries’ main campus satellite location has been successful since opening in 2010 as the first bookless library on a university campus. The new library will continue to offer

UTSA ranks among nation’s top minority-serving institutions for federal science and engineering expenditures

The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) ranks No. 7 among the minority-serving institutions in the nation that received the most federal research obligations (expenditures) for science and engineering, according to updated data released by the National Science Foundation (NSF) for fiscal year 2015. June, The University of Texas at San Antonio broke ground on its $95 million Science and Engineering Building (SEB), the largest construction project in university history. NIST Funds twelve projects to make communities more resilient to disasters
