Dr. Lisa Porter, Deputy under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering visited ECE Department’s ACE Laboratory

On June 3rd Dr. Lisa Porter and Colonel Angel Nievesortiz visited UTSA Faculty Center, where Professor M. Jamshidi presented a report on 4-year research achievements of the OSD/DoD 6-year $1.5 ML grant. Dr. Porter and Colonel Nievesortiz visited ACE Lab, where they saw several demonstrations and met several UTSA ECE students.

On May 29, 2019 our ECE students Arturo Longoria and Alexis Daley visit the Methodist Children’s Hospital to join some of the kids as teammates playing video games and virtual reality setups.
