Greetings, COE Faculty. Here is the faculty website template that will be integrated into the newly redesigned UTSA College of Engineering website – launching fall 2017! You will have your own, personal login and login information, and be able to edit and access your web page from any computer with internet access. No special programs or software required – just an internet connection!

We realize that you might have your own web page somewhere else right now, but by standardizing faculty web pages with WordPress, we will be bringing visual consistency and updated-look to each and every web page. That being said, there is a whole lot of flexibility and room for creativity in this template! You can change the menus at the top of the page, add menu items, change colors, add video, audio and photos…the list goes on and on!

Below are a few examples of text treatments that are available to you if you are feeling creative, but you can also just cut and paste text from your existing website, or CV, or anywhere else for that matter, on to the your web page.

You will be receiving your login information in a few days, so please login and start working with the template! If you get stuck or have questions, jot them down as we will be setting up a WordPress training in the next few weeks to help answer any questions you might have as you begin transferring your site over to WordPress.
