IoT Security Research
With the ubiquitous Internet of Things (IoT) devices, the number of connected sensor will reach all human beings eventually. Our data is crossing the globe everyday and the need of securing that data is imperative. The data being generated by the communication between people and devices are generating more data than any major IT breakthrough in history. Thus, today we need to have complete interoperability between data centers, cloud systems, mobile devices, web services, edge/fog devices and personal computers.
The IoT Security Lab is directed by Dr. Guenevere Chen and is dedicated to the research and development of IoT technologies and its security.
