ME Students Receive 1st Place in Best Poster Award and 3rd Place in Best Paper Award

During the Annual Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineering conference on Engineering Lean and 6 Sigma conference, Krishnan Krishnaiyer (3rd from left in the picture), one of our PhD students under Dr. F. Chen’s supervision, received first place in the Best Poster Award; the paper by MS student Mario Aboytee (2nd from left in the picture) and 4 other UTSA students (Hernan Chavez, Krishnan Krishnaiyer, Sue Stankus, and Milad Taherkhorsandi) and two faculty (Krystel Castillo and F. Frank Chen) received 3rd place in the Best Paper Award.
