The Multifunctional Electronic Materials and Devices Research Lab (MeMDRL) has been established at the University of Texas at San Antonio, since fall 2007. Our core strength and current research interests are Materials Science; Novel Synthesis; Nonlinear Properties; Hybrid 3-Dimensional Printing and Additive Manufacturing of Electronics, and Design & Evaluation of a wide range of multifunctional materials:
-
- Multifunctional and Multiferroic Sensors and Actuators;
- Oxides-Based Microwave and Optoelectronic Materials and Devices;
- MetaMaterials (Engineered Composites) Simulation, Fabrication, and Characterization;
- Semiconductor Fabrication and Technologies
- Resonance Enhanced Processes for Energy Transduction and Efficiency.
MeMDRL is currently seeking curious and motivated undergraduate and graduate researchers to join our team. Please contact Dr. Ruyan Guo to discuss your future research with us!
