Research Projects:
Literature review of Ultra-Wide Band Gap (UWBG) Materials with a specific focus on Gallium Oxide (Ga2O3).
Research also includes creating COMSOL simulations using UWBG materials for power device applications (MOSFET). The goal is to create a MOSFET simulation that could later be applied for a range of UWBG materials to simulate I-V curves for study.
