Our Mission

The mission of the Unmanned Systems Laboratory is to advance our fundamental understanding of unmanned systems and their collaboration with/without humans to address

1. Intelligence: learning, reasoning, decision making

2. Effectiveness: low energy and computation

3. Cost: reusability with minimum/no change to hardware

4. Safety: secure and resiliency

5. Reliability: risk-aware and human-friendly

We seek to develop new tools inspired by the society to provide more capable unmanned systems and bring new capabilities for economical and societal goods.
