Opening remarks will be delivered by numerous distinguished guests, including Dr. Adriana Rocha Garcia, San Antonio City Council Member, District 4, and Mission to Mars Honorary Commander, San Antonio native, two-time shuttle astronaut and first African American to walk in space, and CEO of the National Math + Science Initiative, Bernard A. Harris, Jr. MD, MBA.
